What these terms cover
These terms cover this website and any enquiry you send through it. They do not by themselves create an engagement.
Work is performed only under a separate written agreement or statement of work, signed by both sides, which sets out scope, timeline, fees and ownership. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.

Content on this site is not an offer
Case studies, timelines, figures and capability descriptions are provided for information. They describe past work and are not a promise of a result on your project, and nothing on this site is a binding quote.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use our contact channels to send unsolicited marketing.

Intellectual property
The design, copy, code and marks on this site belong to LunrLabs or to the clients whose work is shown, and are used with their permission. Client names and logos remain the property of their owners.
You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Ownership of anything we build for you is settled in your statement of work, not here.

Confidentiality
Anything you share with us while scoping a project is treated as confidential and used only to assess and deliver that project. We will sign your NDA if you have one.

Third-party links and services
This site links to services we do not control, including our scheduling provider and our social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove any part of it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
