Who we are
LunrLabs is an engineering studio operating from 226, Sector 45, Chandigarh 160047, India. For anything in this policy, including a request to access or delete your data, write to hello@lunrlabs.io.

What we collect
Details you give us directly. When you email us, call us, or book a call, we hold your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your project. We keep this because it is the enquiry itself.
Technical data from your visit. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser and the pages requested, to serve the site and to detect abuse.
We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for payment card details through this site.

Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and to scope, quote and deliver work you ask us for.
To keep records we are required to keep, such as contracts and invoices.
To keep the site running and secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twenty-four months. Project records are kept for as long as the engagement runs, and then for the period our tax and contractual obligations require.

Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@lunrlabs.io and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes affecting an active engagement are raised with you directly.
